A year to plan my destiny
Or else to find Thy will for me

A year to plan my destiny
Or else to find Thy will for me
A year to voice my every whim
Or else to call a world from sin
A year to gain the world’s applause
Or else to seek my Master’s cause
A year to do just what I will
Or else to heed His voice, and still
A year in God’s eternity
