BELIEVING FAITH TRANSFORMS LIVES - Chapel Chat

A few years ago, a young man came to Box T Bible Camp in North Dakota who was a bad trouble maker at home. He was a big kid and actually liked the hard work that he had to do at camp. The camp staff did not know about his home life until sometime after camp. The camp was a two week camp and the second week he began to respond to the teaching on Romans chapter 3:10-23, “there is none righteous, no not one”, “there is none who does good,” “all the world is guilty before God,” “all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.”  Although his parents were Christians and he had heard these verses, they had never meant anything to him. Now it seemed they were directly pointing at him. Hell opened before his eyes!
Repentance set in and he was soon seeking the answer for his rebellious lifestyle. When he understood the full forgiveness that he could receive from the blood sacrifice of Christ on the cross, he accepted it and was transformed overnight. Rom. 3:22, “ through faith in Jesus Christ to all and on all who believe.”  “through His blood, the forgiveness of sins.” Col. 1:14. He went home a new person. The brother that once persecuted his siblings now wanted them to know about the Savior. The parents found a son who was repentant and wanted to please them. What a change!!!  Many years later, he is still leading others to Christ for a changed life. How about you, God would love to change your life and give you eternal life with Him forever.
